LUXURY 3-BED OCEAN_FRONT APARTMENT/CONDO*
Sleeps 6-7 persons
Our luxury, fully furnished apartment is offered on a self-catering
basis, perfect for family or groups of friends sharing. With a verandah overlooking the Caribbean it offers three (3)
beautiful double bedrooms. The Master bedroom exiting onto ocean-front veranda giving spectacular views of the gorgeous
Caribbean Sea with all the wonder and excitement this brings. This spacious ocean-front room can sleep parents and child*, or three* friends comfortably. The bright and
spacious lounge exits on to a front veranda and has very comfortable seating and dining areas. There is cable tv
and wireless internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge/freezer, micro-wave, crockery, pots etc. also a breakfast
nook.
All three bedrooms have private en-suite facilities, a/c or fans if guests prefer.
* one child under 12yrs is free - *2nd child and/or 12yrs and over a room supplement
of US$30 is payable.

Our rates are flexible depending on whether you wish to book the whole Apartment or the following:
One(1) bed Apartment - Use of one (1) bedroom only
Our rate: US$120p.n. - Consists of Masterbedroom with superking bed (can be
seperated into two large single beds)
Two(2) bed Apartment - Use of two (2) bedrooms only Our rate: US$160 p.n. - Consists of Masterbedroom (as above) + one other room. Choice
between one containing a Queen bed, or a Double bed
Three(3) bed Apartment Our rate: US$190 p.n. - Consists of Masterbedroom with Superking bed(or two large singles),
2nd Bedroom with one Queen bed and 3rd Bedroom with a Double bed.
Apartment reserved on
Self-catering basis only,
Minimum stay - 4 nights
*All
sheets and towels provided and laundered every week.

Titiwi Apartment/Condo is located in Citronier, on the South West coast of Dominica,
a few minutes from Roseau (Capital), heading to, but before, Loubier. We are on the beach-front and the
building has three large white globe lights across the front - just ask for Titiwi.

DINING and SHOPPING
Titiwi /Apartment Condo is
offered on a self catering basis only. However, we enjoy a great location we are situated just
minutes from Roseau Town centre for all your shopping and dining needs. Our market in Roseau offers a variety of fresh
produce, as does our fish market close by where you can choose the catch of the day. We also have a good selection of
shops locally for all your needs. For local dining you will enjoy Creole, Thai, French, Mexican and other international
cuisines. We will be happy to advise you.
WELCOME PACK
For our guests we can arrange a 'Welcome Pack' of essential
groceries for a stress-free first day/night arrival into Dominica. No need to run around after your journey, relax... let
us save you the hassle! Just let us know in advance. (Fee applicable)

RESERVATION POLICY
The total amount of the reservation can be settled on reservation, or a minimum of 25% Deposit of total amount
is required to secure reservation. Balance payment to be made prior to, or on arrival to Titiwi. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover
Card and cash for payments. Please contact us to discuss alternative methods of payment you may require.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For Reservations made up to 30 days prior to arrival
date, 30 DAYS NOTICE IN WRITING, IS REQUIRED FOR FULL REFUND OF TOTAL AMOUNT IF PAID OR FULL DEPOSIT. LESS THAN 30 DAYS
NOTICE, IN WRITING, 50% OF DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED. 7 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, NO REFUND WILL BE OFFERED.
Please note: We cannot accept any responsibility for missed arrivals
due to illness, personal circumstances, flight delays or cancellation, 'no show' or leaving earlier than check/out
date. These will not be refunded.
